Hostels in Scandinavia

In the Scandinavian countries, approx. 600 hostels are members of “Hostelling International”.

The hostels in the Scandinavian countries are of a good standard – though they vary in the facilities they offer. The price of an overnight stay is more or less the same as in Denmark – perhaps slightly higher in some places. As with the Danish hostels, it is a good idea to book in advance, as the hostels are extremely popular, especially in the peak season.
